Product Descriptions & Pricing

We aim to keep descriptions and prices accurate but do not guarantee they are complete or error-free. If a pricing error is found after you order, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change without notice for future orders.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer that we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we confirm and process the order. You may ask to cancel before dispatch; after dispatch our Return Policy applies.

Payment Terms

Payment is by cash on delivery. The minimum order value is AED 100.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery details are in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed because of factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns and refunds. Opened or used vaping products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Acceptable Use
