Processing Time

Orders are processed promptly so we can meet our 2-3 hour delivery promise in Dubai (10am-11pm) and same-day delivery in Sharjah. Orders to the other Emirates are dispatched the same day for delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai: 2-3 hours (10am-11pm, traffic depending)
  • Sharjah: same-day delivery
  • Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: within 24 hours

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery is AED 30, and delivery is free on orders over AED 350. A Dubai 2-hour express option is available for an extra AED 10 (AED 40 total). The minimum order value is AED 100.

Payment

Payment is by cash on delivery across the UAE. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID by email so you can follow your delivery.

Age Check at Delivery

Our delivery partner may ask to see a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm you are 18 or over. Orders cannot be handed over if age cannot be verified.
