Delivery

Dubai: 2-3 hours (10am-11pm, traffic depending). Sharjah: same-day. Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: within 24 hours. Delivery is AED 30, free on orders over AED 350, minimum order AED 100. A tracking ID is emailed once your order ships.

Payment

Cash on delivery across the UAE.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 24 hours of delivery with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Age Verification

You must be 18 or over. Our delivery partner may ask for a government-issued photo ID at the door.
